Foods were allowed to be cooled down since the manager stated that the foods were not being held out of temperature for more than four hours. OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a leak coming from the hot water handle on the left faucet at the four compartment sink at the bar. Observed that the right faucet at the four compartment sink at the bar is missing the hot water handle and has excessive calcium build up on it.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed mice droppings on the storage shelves by the baking area downstairs. Observed numerous mice droppings on the floors and on the shelves of the cabinets in the maintenance work area downstairs. Observed numerous mice droppings on the floors throughout the downstairs area in various areas behind various pieces of equipment.
