Establishment must wash, rinse and sanitize each basin before each use. Observed a leak from three vat sink plumbing, just left of grease trap.

Observed food, grease and debris build up on floor below and around front service fryers/mini fridge storage table. Observed residue build up on floor to left of front service hand sink, to right of filing cabinet. Observed grease residue build up on floor across from soda fountain boxes. Observed grease residue build up underside of back kitchen prep table and wall, at potato slicer. Observed residue build up throughout back kitchen floor.
