OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed some food build up in the botom of the reach-in freezer by the back exit door. Observed some dried food build up on the inner lid and around the inner lid of the Make Table Cooler to the left of the Steam Table in the kitchen. Observed some dried build up on the table that holds the unused large mixer by the back exit door. Observed some grease build up on the sides of the unused fryer by the back exit door.

Observed some build up on some of the soda nozzles at the soda dispensing machine in the servers area. Manager had employees remove the nozzles and had them cleaned. Observed dried fod build up on the cooking pans that are stored inside of the stove in the kitchen. Manager had employee clean all of the dishes.

Observed some debris build up on the floor behind the reach-in freezer and storae rack next to it. Observed food and dirt build up on the low walls throughout the dishwashing area. Observed some food build up on the low wall by the mop sink. Observed some food build up on the walls behind the large ice machine. Observed debris build up on the floor in the cabinet below the soda dispensing machine in the servers area. Observed a black build up on the floor in the boxed soda storage rack in the store room by the Women's restroom. Observed excessive food build up in the creases and inner doors of the cabinets below the chip bin and soda dispensing machine in the servers area.
