Observed clean whisks and various other utensils stored in direct contact with used ditry glove. Dirty glove removed by Person in Charge and utensils re-washed. Observed multiple to go boxes stored in such a way that food contact surface sides are in direct contact with dirty electrical extension cable beside microwave ovens. Discarded by Person in Charge.
