Food handler in kitchen stated that dates are not correct. Items were removed from freezer. Sometimes other staff may have reused the bag and placed new product from freezer inside bag in maketable. Items discarded. Observed sweet potatoes in reach in cooler dated 5/29/2015. Item discarded.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed in reach in cooler the following items in the temperature danger zone (48-60) and discarded: greens, yams, blackeyed peas, cabbage, macaroni and cheese, corn casserole, sweet potatoes, rice, grits, bologna, bacon, chicken, neckbones, cole slaw, potato salad. observed ambient air of reach in cooler at 41.7 degrees F. Discused many foods were not cooled down before placing in reach in cooler and refrigerator was full. Per Food handler, many foods were cooked Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. Observed pinto beans in Coca Cola cooler at 49 degrees F. -discarded. Observed peach cobbler stored on top of oven and not stored in refrigerator since last night. -discarded.
