5-205.15	Plumbing system not maintained in good repair * CRITICAL Comply by : Aug 30, 2015 RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a back up in third basin of three vat sink during three sink drain test. Waste water went down within 10-15 seconds. Establishment must wash, rinse and sanitize each basin until backup is repaired. Observed a leak from three vat sink plumbing below left and below right basins.
3-501.16	Cold Holding - Potentially hazardous cold food was not maintained at temperatures in accordance with the Food Code. CRITICAL Corrected On Site RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed raw eggs on prep table under no type of temperature control, not holding temperatures of 41F or lower. Per employee, eggs had been out for an hour. Eggs discarded.
