OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection a designated hand sink was not set up in the bar area. Bar has a four compartment sink for wash, rinse, sanitize, dump(waste). Manager is going to designate one sink for hand washing, install a splash guard, and figure out procedure for a dump sink.

The floors in the bar were found to have wood. The floors in the kitchen are found to have chips, cracks, and holes.
