RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION:
OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed container of baked potato soup with an internal temperature between 70-75F. Time soup was made was time stamped 10:35 am. Time inspector took temperature was approximately 2 pm which is a time difference of 3.5 hours. Due to establishment not having temperature of soup below 70F in less than 2 hours, soup was discarded.
