OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed that the wall below the fire exstinguisher in the kitchen is chipping. Observed that the ceiling by the pizza oven is peeling. Observed some dried food build up on the walls surrounding the pizza oven. Observed some dried food build up on the wall by the back prep table across from the pizza oven. Observed excessive dust build up on the ceiling vent above the dishwashing area. Observed broken glass and debris on the floor underneath the racks in the Beer Walk-in Cooler. Observed some water stained ceiling tiles by the large ice machine by the bar. Observed that the right wall in the Beer Walk-in Cooler is in disrepair.
