OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed sewage back up in empty compartment during 3 compartment sink test where 2 compartments of the three compartment sink are filled and emptied at the same time. Also observed backup at grease trap lid. Cook stated grease trap had not been cleaned since November. Location has dishwasher that is sanitizing at 50ppm chlorine. No water to handwashing sink at bar at time of inspection. Manager states it was turned off due to old leak. Cold water knob of handwashing sink at bar is not working.
