OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed grilled chicken sitting on counter in broil area. Employee stated chicken was being cooled. Internal temperature of chicken was 94F. Chicken was placed into walk-in cooler to finish being cooler.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed chicken tortilla soup in walk-in freezer had an internal temperature between 85-119F. Inspector had employee place into smaller containers and employee added another ice stick to both containers of soup. Approximately 30 minutes later, inspector re-checked temperature of soup and soup was between 80-100F. Soup was discarded due to not being cooled from 135F-70F in 2 hours.
