Observed black build-up on wall by disposal in warewashing area. Observed dust on wall behind ice machine in warewashing area. Observed food debris on wall by slicer. Observed hole in ceiling in dry storage. Maintenance stated they are scheduled to patch this week. Hole was cut to access pipe for repair. Observed sticky floor in walk-in cooler.
