Observed some burned food build up on the stove top around the burners. Observed some food build up in the catch tray underneath the burners on the stove top. Observed excessive grease build up on the left side of the stove. Observed excessive crumb build up on the inside of the toaster.

Discussed with the employees and they properly washed hands and turned off the water.

Observed excessive food build up on some of the utensils in the utensil storage bin that was being stored by the Walk-in Freezer. Employee cleaned all of the dishes. Observed some build up on the meat slicer on the table by the back exit door. Employee cleaned off all of the build up. Observed that the ice bucket was being stored on the floor by the ice machine. Employee cleaned the ice bucket and stored it off the floor.

Observed excessive food crumbs in the bottoms of a few of the utensil storage containers by the back prep tables by the back exit door. Observed food build up on the shelves of the storage rack by the Walk-in Freezer that hold all of the spices. Observed dried food build up on all of the food containers on the storage rack by the Walk-in Freezer that hold the spices. Observed excessive dried food build up on the food bins underneath the back prep table by the back exit door. Observed excessive food build up on the absorbent towel that is on top of the grease trap. Observed an employee touch the trash can on several ocassions with food service gloves on and then did not remove gloves and wash hands before returning to food prep. Discussed with the employee on several ocassions and had him remove gloves, wash hands and put on new gloves for food service. Observed cooked roast beef being stored next to raw foods in the Walk-in Cooler. Employee stored foods correctly in a manner not to cause cross contamination.
