Observed some raw beef being stored above ready to eat foods in the Coke rEach-in Coler in the dishwashing room. Manager stored foods correctly in a manner not to cause cross contamination. Observed some raw bacon being stored above ready to eat foods in the Make Table Cooler. Manager stored foods correctly in a manner not to cause cross contamination.
