CRITICAL Corrected On Site RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a box of raw chicken thawing at room temperature next to prep sink was well above temperatures of 41F. Chicken discarded by employee.

CRITICAL Corrected On Site RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a tub of raw chicken stored above bin of cornmeal for catfish and a bin of raw catfish. Chicken, fish and cornmeal restored by employee.
