OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed no date markings on bins of cooked chicken in the walk-in cooler or on bins of cooked chicken in the reach-in freezers. Manager on duty stated that the foods had been cooked (and some then frozen on the same date) the day prior to inspection, so date stickers were applied by employees.
