OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed grease and food build up on the shelf below the Flat Grill and Open Flame Grill. Observed grease and food build up on the low shelf of the table that holds the Flat Grill and Open Flame Grill. Observed grease build up on the right side of the Open Flame Grill. Observed grease build up on the left side of the fryer. Observed grease build up in the crack between the fryer and ovens.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed some food build up on the back rack spice storage rack by the back exit door. Observed some build up on the small gray storage rack underneath the electrical panel on the wall by the back exit door. Observed excessive build up on the black crates on the floor to the left of the Make Table Cooler. Observed some food build up underneath the microwave. Observed build up on the drain board area on the the front prep sink. Observed some hair on the sliding door track of the front Display Cooler closest to the cash register. Observed debris build up in the large utensil holder on the shelf below the prep table across from the three compartment sink. Observed some debris build up in the bottom of the black utensil holder on the white shelf above the prep table across from the three compartment sink. Observed some dried build up on the back of the handle of the Walk-in Cooler. Observed some food build up on the low shelf of the back prep table by the Walk-in Freezer.
