OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection the cutting boards were found to be scratched and have black residue buildup. At the time of the inspection the can opener gears, blades, and bases were found to be rusted and in need of repair. The gaskets on the ice cream cooler are torn and in disrepair.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection the water pipe going into the dish machine was found broken and shooting water out the back of the dish machine. Inspector had dish machine shut down and establishment used three compartment sink during repair. Maintenance repaired pipe and dish machine is working properly. At the time of the inspection the water faucet on the tilt skillet line was found leaking.
