OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection the gaskets on the reach in coolers and the walk in coolers were found to have buildup of residue. The floors in the walk in cooler were found to have buildup of spillage and debris. Cook line prep tables were found to have buildup of grease and spillage on the sides and under counters.

The ice machine catch plate had buildup of residue. The dispensers on the soda fountain had buildup of residue. Cook line shelving and containers were found to have food debris and residue.
