OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed a package of cooked meatballs stored in a bin with raw ground beef in reach in cooler. Observed a bin of raw ground beef stored above a bin of cooked chili meat in reach in cooler. Observed raw chicken stored next to and slightly above bin of cooked chili meat in reach in cooler. Observed cartons of raw eggs stored above a pot of cooked taco meat in reach in cooler. Observed a bin of raw chicken stored on top of a pack of wine bottles in walk in cooler, to where raw chicken juice was observed on top of wine bottle pack. Chicken juice cleaned and chicken moved at time of inspection. All foods observed properly stored in reach in cooler were discarded due to temperature issues.
