The drain in the walk in cooler found leaking at joints.
2-301.12	Cleaning Procedure - Food employees did not use the proper cleaning procedure to clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms. CRITICAL Comply by : Mar 21, 2015 RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the re-inspection employees were found following the cleaning procedure up turning off the faucet with paper towels. Manager discussed and will work with the employees to correct.
