OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Neither Permit holder or Person in Charge present upon start of inspection. When away from food establishment, Permit holder must select Person in Charge to oversee duties carried out at facility. Permit holder was called by Employee to come to establishment at time of inspection.
