OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection food found stored on the floor in the freezer, walk in, in the kitchen by hand sink. Manager moved food to proper storage. Rack of food stored right next to the hand sink not protected from splashing water.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection cardboard being used to store dishes on, and to line shelving. Manger removed cardboard. Wood found hanging on shelving in beer cooler.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection the cutting boards on the make table found on cook line were found to have deep scratches/or broken and have black buildup. Colander and cambros found in the ware washing area were found to be bent, cracked and chipped. Manager to discard items.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection the inside of the dish machine had buildup of residue. The dish racks were found to have buildup of residue.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection the can opener blade was found to have build up of residue. Manager had can opener cleaned. The soda gun nozzles were found to have buildup of residue. Manger had soda guns cleaned.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection foods (pork, pastrami, eggs, hummus, diced tomato, mashed potato, Shepard's pie, prosciutto) found in the meat make table were found not maintained at the internal temperature of 41 degrees or below. see temp log Manager discarded foods. Ranch dressing found in the beer walk in cooler not maintained at the internal temperature of 41 degrees or below. see temp log. Manager moved dressings.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection two hand sinks were found without proper hand washing signage. Inspector provided signage.

RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: Inspector provided proper storage levels chart. Establishment must store raw hamburgers away form raw chicken on the cook line.
OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection raw hamburgers were found stored on top of the ready to eat hamburger meat. Manager corrected to proper storage. Raw hamburger stored in between raw chicken in the bottom grill drawer reach in.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection the walls and floors were found to have buildup of dust and spillage in the kitchen area, and the floor under the ice machine has buildup of residue.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection drain pipes from the ice machine were found sitting directly in the drain in the floor.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection the hand sink in the kitchen was found blocked by bread rack and box of bread sitting on the floor in front of sink. Manager moved food items.
