Observed some utensils being stored in standing still water on the low shelf by the Steam Table in the deli. Manager removed the utensils from the standing water. Observed some utensils being stored in standing still water in the kitchen. Managaer had employee remove the utensils from the standing water.

Observed some grease build up on the floor underneath the fryers and pizza oven. Observed some build up on the floor in the corner between the scale and meat slicer in the deli. Observed some build up on the low walls between the hand washing sink and boxed soda syrup racks in the kitchen. Observed excessive build up on the low walls in the dishwashing area like behind the dishwasher. Observed that sections of the ceiling in the dishwashing area are badly rusted. Observed that the low wall of the door frame in the employee restroom is in disrepair. Observed some build up on the ceiling in the employee restroom. Observed some large holes in the wall in the utility room by the back exit door.
