OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed an excessive three sink back up in third basin during three sink drain test, to where waste water filled around one inch of sink. Maintenance out at time of inspection and repaired back up, to where water did come up into sink, but only slightly past drain and went back down into drain with in 10-20 seconds . Operations were suspended for approximately 45 minutes.
