Observed buildup inside upper and lower ovens. REPEAT VIOLATION Observed heavy buildup on hood vents/hood system. Per manager, cleaning service is being contracted as soon as possible. REPEAT VIOLATION Observed heavy grease/fryer grease buildup behind equipment under hood, on sides of all equipment, and on floors between equipment under hood system. REPEAT VIOLATION Observed grease buildup under flat top grill and inside unstocked cooler drawers. REPEAT VIOLATION.
