OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed employee dispense soap into hands and then immediately rinse soap off of hands without first lather soap into hands for a minimum of 20 seconds and employee then turned off faucets with bare hands, re-exposing hands. Inspector discussed proper hand washing with employee and employee demonstrated proper hand washing practices.
