OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the re-inspection employee found touching apron and hat with the gloved hands and then going back to cooking without washing hands and changing gloves. Employee found handling raw egg with gloved hand and then cooked products without changing gloves and washing hands. Manager had employee wash hands. |
