Employee stated top make table items placed in cooler at 11am- removed and placed in walk in cooler. 17 containers of Heavy Cream discarded at time of inspection. Observed ranch, mayo, and blue cheese dressing to be cold holding above 41F degrees at server make table. Discarded on site. Observed oysters and raw chicken tenders to be cold holding above 41F degrees inside the fryer station make table. Items in make table under the 4 hour window-removed and replaced with new items from walk in cooler.
