OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: At the time of the inspection four cutting boards were found with deep scratch's and black residue. Stock pots and metal colanders found with rough metal edges. Two ceramic pots found for grinding spices found in the establishment with cracked surfaces. Manager discarded pots Cambro pans found melted and chipped. Wicker baskets being used to store clean napkin and silver ware rolls.
