OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed all food items to be cold holding above 41F degrees inside make table, across the grill. Items all stocked in the morning, under the 4 hour window. Removed and placed in the walk in cooler. New items from walk in cooler brought out and placed in make table on ice. (See temp log) Observed liquid eggs to be stored above 41F degrees, inside ice bath. Eggs placed out under the 4 hour window. Egg was stored above the ice bath line. Employee removed the top half of the eggs, and placed more ice and water inside container.
