Manager had employee remove the dishes and had them washed, rinsed and sanitized. Observed some dried food build up on the back of the meat slicer in the kitchen. Manager cleaned off the build up. Observed excessive build up on the top surface of the open flame grill. Employee started cleaning off the build up.
