OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed steamed rice in two barrel steamers at rice cooking grill that were not holding at 135F or higher. Per owner, rice was cooked yesterday and then unplugged for cleaning of facility. Owner stated they had forgotten to plug barrel steamers back in. Rice discarded.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed two tubs of raw chicken thawing out at room temperature in equipment storage room. Per owner, chicken was placed in room last night. Temperatures of chicken was still frozen. Inspector discussed proper thawing procedures.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed multiple foods in 3 door glass cooler, walk in freezer and walk in cooler that were not date marked. Observed owner put today's date on foods that had been cooked/prepared prior to today's service. Foods properly dated at time of inspection.
