OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed an employee move raw meat from the sink to container to the walk in and put on gloves to mix onions in batter on cook line. Manager was made aware of the incident and he reminded employee to wash hands. Observed 2 employees trash soiled gloves and put on new gloves without washing hands. Manager was made aware of both incidents and he reminded employees to wash hands.
