Manager moved the propane to a bottom shelf below the microwave. Observed a can of sterno fuel stored below the rice warmer on the back side of the make table and above spices and other dry foods. Manager removed the container to the bottom shelf below the microwave.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed employee put on gloves without first washing hands. Employee was instructed to remove gloves, wash hands, and employee complied and grabbed a new pair of gloves.
