OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the bar dish machine unable to sanitize at the proper concentration for bleach. Machine was testing at 0ppm. After priming several times, the machine was unable to reach the proper concentration. **Establishment must send bar dishes to the warewash area to be cleaned.**

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the pipes below the outside bar four-compartment sink to not be connected under the sanitizing basin. Manager reconnected pipes and no leaking was observed. Observed the floor drain of the outside bar four-compartment sink to overflow when two basins were drained at the same time. Observed a dripping leak from the right basin of the basement three-compartment sink at the fill/release handle. Manager tightened handle and dripping stopped. **Establishment must use the dish machine in the warewash area for all dishes including those from the bar area.**
