OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed fruit flies in the service sink area and in the dessert station area. Establishment provided most recent pest control invoice dated 5/11/17 with treatment for insects in the kitchen and floor drains.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed jug of half and half at the bar ice well basket to be outside of safe temperature range. Per manager, Jug of half and half had been removed from functional mechanical refrigeration ~2 hours prior to inspection, so the half and half was removed for storage in the bar reach-in cooler. **See Temperature Observations.
