OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed employee cleaning utensils at 3 compartment sink, then employee put on gloves and took canadian bacon out from warmer as time expired without washing hands for 30 seconds. Discuss with Person in Charge when to wash hands after assuming new duties.
