Observed some drink spillage in the bottom of the bar cooler. Observed build up on the outsides of the condiment containers on the low shelves on the expo line. Observed some build up on the low shelves of the front tables across from the expo line. Observed some mold growth on some of the storage racks in the Beer Walk-in Cooler.

Observed a live roach crawl into the wall by the Reach-in Freezer. Observed several live roaches in the hole in the wall underneath the dishwasher by the plumbing o the dishwasher. Observed some dust build up on the fan guards in the Beer Walk-in Cooler. Observed that the walls by the basement door and also in the area with the Reach-in Freezer are not tightly sealed. Observed missing floor grout in between the floor tiles throughout the entire kitchen. Observed that the wall above the Pizza Make Table Cooler is not tightly sealed. Observed other areas throughout the kitchen were walls are not tightly sealed. Observed grease, food and debris build up on the floors underneath the fryers and other cooking equipment. Observed grease build up on the wall to the left and behind the fryers and other cooking equipment. Observed broken floor to wall tiles to the left of the fryers. Observed missing floor tiles to the left of the fryers. Observed excessive dust build up on the main pillar in the kitchen by the Make Table Coolers. Observed excessive build up on the wall behind the large ice machine. Observed numerous small holes in the walls throughout the kitchen like to the left of the Pizza Make Table Cooler. Observed some build up and stains on the wall by the meat slicer on the back prep table. Observed that the orange ceiling above the Walk-in Cooler door is cracked and the paint is chipping. Observed debris build up on the floor underneath the expo line. Observed debris and food build up on the floor behind the small deep freezer. Observed a large gap in the floor underneath the right counter by the dishwashing machine. Observed a large hole in the wall around the plumbing of the dishwasher that goes into the wall. Observed excessive build up and stains on the wall behind the dishwasher. Observed excessive debris and build up on the floor underneath the soda dispensing machine in the servers area to the right of the bar. Observed that some of the wall paint in the upstairs storage area is chipping. Observed excessive mold build up on the floors throughout the downstairs area. Discussed with the manager. Employee cleaned out ice and the ice bin. Observed raw ground beef being stored above raw pork on a speed rack in the Walk-in Cooler. Manager stored the raw pork above the raw ground beef. Observed raw ground burgers being stored next to sliced cheese in one of the Cold Drawers. Manager stored foods correctly in a manner not to cause cross contamination. Observed raw ground hamburger being stored above raw beef in the Cold Drawers in the kitchen.
