Sugar contained had debris build up. Observed grease and oil build up on fryer for donuts. Observed rust and debris buildup on baker racks. Observed rust and buildup on racks in bread proofer. Observed a bucket of icing with cob webs, dirt and debris buildup on icing containers or in the bucket it was stored in. All discarded. Observed dust and debris on lower shelves for baking and food prep tables.
