OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed dust build up on the fan guard in the True Reach-in Cooler. Observed some old food build up on the surfaces underneath the utensil holders on the shelf behind the servers station. Manager removed the utensil bins and cleaned off the build up.

OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed excessive grease build up on the walls behind the wok cooking stations and other cooking equipment underneath the ventilation hoods. Observed excessive grease build up on the floors underneath the wok coking stations and other cooking equipment. Observed excessive build up on the low walls underneath the dishwasher and three compartment sink. Observed that the paint on the wall is chipping above the prep table to the right of the three compartment sink. Observed some dried food build up on the upper and lower part of the pillar with the hand washing sink in the kitchen. Observed some low cracked wall tiles to the right of the back exit door by the Walk-in Cooler. Observed some build up on the fan guard and on the condenser in the Walk-in Cooler.
