OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed no hand soap at the handwashing sink next to the three compartment sink, a large bottle of pot and pan detergent stored on the floor was being used for handwashing and dish washing purposes. Person in charge poured soap into a dispenser for handwashing.
