CRITICAL Corrected On Site RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed no quat or chorline sanitizer bucket set up in back kitchen area. Manager put a bucket of sanitizer in the back area. Observed quat sanitizer in front service area was not at the recommended concentration of 150-400 ppm. Manager remade sanitizer and it was at the recommended concentration of 150 ppm.
