OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed mechanical dish machine to have chlorine concentration of zero during rinse cycle. Person in charge primed machine. Dish machine chlorine concentration 75ppm for a couple cycles, but chlorine line would siphon backwards after more cycles. Chlorine concentration back to zero for 3rd cycle and each cycle thereafter.
