OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed broken/missing floor tiles under the three compartment sink and in front of the ice machine. Observed black buildup on the FRP walls around the dishwasher. Manager stated they plan to replace the FRP with stainless steel in the near future. Observed dust buildup on ceiling tiles and vents in the kitchen. Observed food debris on the floor in the walk-in cooler.
