Observed trash and debris below ice machine in produce area. Observed wall below three vat sink is in disrepair.REPEAT. Observed wall just above women's restroom hand sink faucets are in slight disrepair.REPEAT. Observed floor around women's restroom hand sink is in disrepair and with residue. REPEAT. Observed lower wall behind right women's restroom toilet is in disrepair. REPEAT.
