Observed 3 live adults on the floor of the kitchen, in several areas.
Observed multiple dead roaches on the floor below the three-compartment sink, below the dry food containers, below the make table, below the dish machine, and behind the chemicals for the dish machine.
**Pest services were on-site 8/19/2016. PIC stated that pest control services are now scheduled for weekly service.
