Observed that the handle of the scoop was coming into contact with the rice in the rice bin on the low shelf of one of the back prep tables by the three compartment sink. Manager stored the handle out of the food. Observed several cups with no handles being stored in some of the food bins on the low shelf on the back prep table. Observed spoon handles coming into contact with the food in the food bins in the Salad Make Table Cooler. Employee removed the spoon handles from the foods.
