OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed the upstairs dish machine to not be sanitizing at the proper level of 50-100 ppm for chlorine. There is another functional dish machine down stairs. PIC stated that the repair tech was there on Friday however the machine is still not sanitizing properly.
