OBSERVATIONS & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Observed multiple foods in reach in cooler that were had temperatures well above 41F. Per owner, foods were done cooking at 9:00am and were just placed in cooler at 12:00pm. Temperatures suggest foods had been out longer. Foods discarded.
